Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are specially applicable on our donation system.

1. Donating is voluntary and does not give you any direct benefits.

2. To appreciate donations, Valrise Gaming will give you special credits in return. These credits can be used to claim the various packages available on this site. Every package generally includes one or more perks, either for the forum, discord or one of our game servers.

3. Donating as well as using credits for perks does NOT excuse you from any rules, punishments or bans. Anyone who has donated will be treated the same way as all other players by the staff teams.

4. Donations and the use of credits is final and cannot be refunded in any way. This still applies when receiving a ban and any package duration will not be extended.

5. Valrise Gaming has the right to change the packages, including the content and credit pricing, at any time without notification.

6. Donations cannot be reverted. Any revert done through the customer side of the payment system, be it by chargeback or any other method, will result in a full ban from Valrise Gaming. The ban will stretch out to all connected accounts, including forum, discord and the game servers. Any previous connected accounts will also be included in the ban.
